Please remain vigilant for any correspondence you may receive from Anaman Concierge Services prior to your departure. Anaman Concierge Services reserves the right to give you an alternative pickup location near your original location request within 24 hours of your scheduled departure. To contact our shuttle provider directly with questions about your reservation, please reach out to the contacts should allow for a window of availability for pickup to coordinate shuttles more efficiently. No reservations will be accepted over the phone. All reservations must be made via the reservation form. If for any reason you need to cancel or chan ge your reservation please call 31 at least 24 hours prior to your pick-up time. The USG airport shuttle will be available for students looking to get home for summer, fall, winter, and spring breaks. Please check out our Frequently Asked Questions page if you need any clarification. If you are a person with a disability who requires a reasonable accommodation in order to participate in this program, please contact the Dean of Students Office as soon as possible.

Please make sure to check spam or junk folders for correspondence from our service provider. Please be prompt in arriving to your shuttle, other students may be waiting upon your arrival and we have informed Anaman Concierge Services that they are not obligated to wait in excess of 10 minutes for any individual student. Shuttle needs outside the set hours or dates are expected to find alternate transportation. If during pick-up, the rider is not ready, the shuttle may leave without you and you will be charged a no-show fee. Riders will have the option to select a pickup time at 30-minute intervals from the any location in Iowa City during available dates. Failing to respond to that forthcoming email will result in your reservation being cancelled. If you have already booked an arrival pickup (from CID to Iowa City), be on the look-out for a follow-up email requesting information on any reservation changes. Anaman Concierge Services will send you an email to pay online before your shuttle. All riders will be charged $20 for their shuttle ride. USG offers to pay for $15 of this ride, costing the student $20. Anaman Concierge Services Shuttle costs $35 per rider.
